.: Meet New York's Finest Health Coach: a powerful connection..

.: About Jonathan August, HHC, PT

The healing arts have been in my life for over 12 years as an athletic trainer, physical therapist, Reiki practitioner and nutrition-lifestyle coach. I have worked with all types of people. This includes High school, College, Olympic, and Paralympic athletes as well as Geriatrics and those in the NY prison population. My specialty is in working with professional women who range in age from 25 to 50 who have primary concerns around their relationships, sugar cravings, fatigue, menstrual irregularities and the desire to find a balance in their life. I also work with world class athletes and those in the modeling industry. My commitment is that everyone I work with creates their own health and well-being and has FUN doing it. All my clients create the life that they love by the end of their six-month program and are able to sustain their lifestyle metamorphosis for the rest of their lives.

If there is more that you would like to know about me such as;  why do I love Dalmatians or what was it like to jump out of a plane or to run the NYC marathon or if you want to find out more about what my work makes available to people then read on. I look forward to hearing from you.
