Recommendations are given regarding the food that you put into your body, your exercise regimen, relationships and spiritual practices. 

Jonathan does not have his "right way" of eating. The only right way is the one that fits the client the best. This is uncovered over a fun filled and exciting 6 month program that leaves people with access to maintaining their optimal health and well-being on their own once their program is completed. The client transforms themselves and is left empowered to take control over ALL aspect of their life.

Who is the kind of person works with Jonathan and what types of health concerns do they have?

My "typical" client is a young, professional woman between the ages of 20 and 50 years old

who lives and/or works in Manhattan. Their career is usually focused on Fashion, Healthcare,

Finance/Wall street work. Their world is very stressful and they need to produce results at their

job on a daily basis. They desire optimal health and are committed to it but just need

some guidance. They also enjoy working out when they have time to do it.

My clients often have these common concerns:
*Fatigue:
       Especially around 3pm in the afternoon. This is when they need to  reach for the sweets

or sugar or caffeine to get them through the rest  of their day.

*PMS:
       Includes feeling bloated, cramping, excessive mood swings and irritable.

*Unfulfilled Relationships:
      Often my clients are either in relationships that they are not fulfilled  by or are

not in a relationship and truly desire to be with someone  yet can't seem to find "the one".

*Overstressed
       Due to all of the above. They are in a job for over 50 hours per week  that they don't truly love.

They feel that their personal relationships  leave something to be desired.

They don't have the time to work out  and take care of their body when they really enjoy exercise.
